Commitment To Excellence
Venue rentals at SDC include on-site vendor support, security and janitorial services. Our goal is to provide a wonderful experience for you and your guests.
Half of the total payment is due upon signing the contract, with the balance due five days before event-date. Please make checks payable to Molly's Salads LLC.
A separate check for $500.00 is due at the time of final payment (five business days before event). We hold this deposit to cover any required extra cleaning, damage to the space or time overages. The voided check will be mailed back to you if the deposit is not used.
Time and Space
Access to the building for load-in and set-up is granted at 3:00pm on your scheduled event date. If you require earlier access, a fee of $90.00 per hour will be applied to your pricing schedule to cover on-site support. All events—including cleanup and breakdown—are to end by 12:00 a.m. If you would like your event to go past this time, a fee of $300.00 per hour after 12:00 a.m. will be applied to your pricing schedule.
Molly's will coordinate with the vendor to provide security for events with less than 300 guests—the cost is included in your venue rental fee. Should you require more security (applies to events with more than 300 guests), a fee of $45.00 per hour per officer will be applied to your pricing schedule.
Molly's will coordinate with the vendor to provide janitorial service for events with less than 300 guests—the cost is included in your venue rental fee. Should you require more custodial staffing (applies to events with more than 300 guests), a fee of $45.00 per hour per porter will be applied to your pricing schedule.
Vendors for your event will need to know loading and access points, as well as electrical sources. Caterers will need to know set up areas and policies. Molly's will help familiarize your vendors with all necessary information.

Molly's is happy to provide these tables and chairs at no charge. Availability is on a first come, first reserved basis.

Parking is provided on-site. We have covered parking in a garage as well as two lots for your guests, totaling more than 350 parking spaces.
Complimentary wireless Internet is available in Plaza and Atrium.
